- It is forbidden to smoke inside the vacation home. Ashtrays are provided outside.
- Please do not walk with shoes in the house. Slippers are provided in the entrance hall.
- Sort your waste:
– PMD: cans, plastic bottles… in the blue bag
– Residual waste in the white bag
– Glass in grey bin
– Paper & cardboard in grey bin
When leaving, all waste should be placed in the bike shed. Don’t forget the trash in the trash cans of the bedrooms and kitchen, too! - Upon departure, the dishwasher should be emptied and everything placed back neatly in the cabinets. Do not leave dishes on the counter, table or anywhere Anderson or around the cottage.
- All outdoor lounge cushions should be stored in the provided bins at night and upon departure. The 6 chairs should also be placed back in the open cabinet.
- After using the barbecue, clean the grill grates and dispose of the ashes in the ash bucket provided. This is to prevent fire hazards.
- Toys from inside should not be taken outside for hygiene reasons (sand, water…). Upon departure, all toys must be placed back in the provided cabinets.
- Upon departure, towels and bed linen are collected in the entrance hall or bedroom. Please do not throw towels between the sheets! The protective cover may remain around the mattress.
- If something is broken or broken, please let the owner know so they can make sure it is replaced so the next guests won’t have problems.
- Fondue, gourmet or teppanyaki are not allowed inside the cottage. An aifryer can.
- Please empty and turn off the refrigerators, freezer and wine cooler upon departure.
- It is forbidden to move mattresses or furniture.
- Upon departure, all keys must be on the doors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The vacation rental must be left broom clean and tidy.
- No outside guests are allowed to stay in the cottage.
- Check-out is between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
