In April 2004, the widely known pancake house “‘s Lands Welvaren” was converted by Geert and Els into a beautiful café-brasserie. Upon entering, customers are immediately confronted with an Irish-tinged interior where the imposing bar is the eye-catcher. The interior was born of Els and Geert’s concoctions and is highly detailed. For example, in the middle of the store is an authentic Celtic cross that they had brought over from Kilkenny, Ireland.

open Wednesday and Friday, at 5 p.m.
